Over the last few years, Facebook’s growth has been phenomenal. The world’s no. 1 social networking site also recently beat Google to become the most visited Web site in the US for an entire week at a stretch. However, the site has also lately being receiving lot of flak for its privacy policies.
An expert in online privacy has drawn attention to the five dangers of sharing information on social networking site Facebook. Joan Goodchild, senior editor of CSO (Chief Security Officer) Online, claims marketing efforts by the company often results in a compromise on account holders' privacy, reports CBS News.
Goodchild noted five risks of using Facebook. They are: 

1.Your information is being shared with third parties.

According to Facebook policy as on April 2010, “When you connect with an application or website it will have access to General Information about you.

Rapid-fire batting and a passion for fast bikes. That's long been the Mahi way. And on Sunday, the Indian cricket captain's love for speed was once again on display. Within a day of Dhoni's engagement to Sakshi Singh Rawat, the couple got married at Vishranti Resort, located in the usually sleepy Lower Kandoli village, around 25km from Dehradun. In keeping with a romance that was kept tightly under wraps for almost two years, the wedding too was a fiercely private affair, with only family and close friends in attendance.

There were barely 50 guests, though some 10 dishes had been prepared. Given Dhoni's son-of-the-soil, feet firmly grounded image, the cuisine was predictably all-Indian, with nary an exotic dish in sight.

Apple Hiring Antenna Engineers !

Apple may not have accepted the antenna glitch in just released fourth-generation iPhone, but the company is all set to hire antenna engineers. As the company’s recent job openings show. Apple has posted job requirement for antenna engineers in its job database.

Reports began making the rounds on the Web on June 24 saying that the iPhone 4 could lose a signal, or that the signal indicator would show a weakened signal, when the smartphone is held in a certain way -- particularly if it was held in the left hand.

Infy Employees Get Free Shares As Birthday Treat !

There will be a birthday bonanza for all Infosians, on their employer entering the 30th year of operation on July 2. Each employee of Infosys Technologies will get five shares of the company plus number of shares equivalent to the number of years they stayed with the company. For instance, an employee working with the company for the last 10 years will get a total of 15 shares.

At the share price of Rs 2,790 as of Wednesday, every employee will get the equivalent of at least Rs 14,000. Those getting, say, 15 shares will get the equivalent of almost Rs 42,000. The shares will come from the Infosys Employee Welfare Trust and not from Infosys Technologies.
